The SGU is run by a national committee, which works in partnership with regional auxiliaries in some areas.  Currently, there are regional auxiliaries in East Anglia, Kent, Surrey and North Scotland. The national committee meets four time a year. It also comes together annually for an Annual Business Meeting, and this is followed by a Preaching Meeting.
